Where We Work

Where Does JM Custom Tile and Stone Work?

We install tile and natural stone across the western Inland Empire: Riverside, Corona, and Moreno Valley. JM Custom Tile and Stone is a licensed California tile contractor (CSLB #956305, C-54 Tile), bonded and insured, based in the Orangecrest area of Riverside — so every job in our service area is a local drive, not a road trip.

One Contractor, Three Cities

Tile & Stone Coverage Built Around the 91, 60, and 215

Our shop sits in Orangecrest, Riverside (92508), within a short freeway run of every neighborhood we serve. Corona is straight down the 91 corridor. Moreno Valley is up the 60. The rest of Riverside wraps around us — Mission Grove and Canyon Crest a few minutes north, the historic Wood Streets across town near downtown.

Working a tight, three-city footprint is a deliberate choice. Tile work involves multiple visits — measuring, substrate prep, setting, grouting, sealing — and a contractor who spends the day on the freeway is a contractor who rushes the details. Owner Jody Madden keeps the radius small so the father-and-son team's craftsmanship stays consistent on every visit.

Which Inland Empire Cities Does JM Custom Tile and Stone Serve?

We serve three cities: Riverside (our home base), Corona, and Moreno Valley. Each city page below covers the neighborhoods we work in, the housing stock we see most, and the tile and stone services homeowners there ask for.

Our home base

Riverside, CA

We are headquartered in the Orangecrest neighborhood, so Riverside work — from Wood Streets bungalows to Mission Grove tract homes — happens in our own backyard.

Down the 91 corridor

Corona, CA

Corona's stucco tract neighborhoods — Sierra del Oro, Corona Hills, Eagle Glen, Dos Lagos — are full of builder-grade tile that owners are ready to replace with something custom.

Moreno Valley, CA

Moreno Valley's huge 1980s-90s housing stock — Sunnymead Ranch, Towngate, Rancho Belago — is deep into remodel season, and tile is usually the first upgrade on the list.

Every Job Starts in Orangecrest

Our trucks, tools, wet saws, and material staging all live in Riverside's Orangecrest neighborhood. Here's how the service area radiates out from the shop.

Home Base Orangecrest
Riverside 92508
  • Around the corner Greater Riverside

Mission Grove, Canyon Crest, Wood Streets, Victoria Avenue, the UC Riverside area, and Magnolia Center.

  • Via the 91 West Corona

Sierra del Oro, Corona Hills, Eagle Glen, South Corona, and the Dos Lagos district off the 15.

  • Via the 60 East Moreno Valley

Towngate, Sunnymead Ranch, Rancho Belago, and the neighborhoods near March Air Reserve Base.

Does JM Custom Tile and Stone travel outside Riverside?

Yes. While the business is based in Riverside's Orangecrest area, roughly a third of our work happens in Corona and Moreno Valley. The same crew, the same materials, and the same licensed, bonded, and insured coverage (CSLB #956305) apply in all three cities. There is no separate "travel tier" — a shower rebuild in Eagle Glen gets the same process as one five minutes from the shop.
